FILM PERMIT APPLICATION - Application and "Hold Harmless" agreement
SCHEDULE A - Use if you request more then one location
REQUEST FOR POLICE SERVICES - Use if your production will require Police Services
REQUEST FOR FIRE SERVICES - Use if your production will require Fire Department Services

Fees For The Film Permit:

Still Photography, crew 5 or less, up to 3 days - $150, more then 3 days - $250
Still Photography, crew 6 or more, up to 3 days - $250, more then 3 days - $500

Film, crew and cast 10 or less - $300
Film, crew and cast 11 or more - $500

• Rental charges for the Ceremonial Courtroom or City Owned Property (Please call for fees)
• Security deposits (in public buildings) determined at the discretion of City of Yonkers.

**The City reserves the right to charge additional permit application or location fees deemed necessary by the film office.

Insurance Coverage:

a) Still Photography/Small Budget Independent Films: $500K to $1M
b) Commercial Television: $2M and Up.
c) Feature Films: $5M and Up.


Permit applications for Feature Films need to be filed 7 to 10 days in advance.
Permit applications for all others should be filed 3 to 5 days prior to the expected event.
