Birthday Party Information

Combine the fun of ice skating with a birthday and you have one especially happy occasion. Reserve your table for at least 12 skating guests on any public skating session except Saturday from 11 to 1 p.m. Admission for skating guests is $6.00 and skate rental is $3.50. The cashier will admit your guests and issue a ticket for skate rentals if needed. Charges for food and beverage are not included.

Payment for all admissions and skate rentals is due as soon as all of your guests have arrived.

Our snack bar is available for your convenience for any beverages and food you would like to serve. Visit the “ICE PALACE  CAFE” AND ASK ABOUT THEIR BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE or call (914) 434-6666 for food service information.

All parties must be concluded by the end of the public session. We suggest that food and cake be served during the fifteen minute ice resurfacing intermission after the first hour of the skating session. Due to a tight schedule of events, party times cannot be extended past the two hour allotted time period.

You may decorate your table and bring a birthday cake with the necessary paper goods to serve your cake. Please do not bring confetti, silly string or other decorations that may adhere to rubber floors or to skate blades.

A check for $50 made payable to: City of Yonkers along with a completed reservation form are required to secure a party reservation. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS ARE NOT MET.

 Restrictions:

1. Cancellations must be made by phone within forty-eight hours of your scheduled party.

2. No food or beverages with the exception of a Birthday Cake may be brought into the facility.

Private Parties

The Skating Center is available for rent by the hour for private parties. Reserve your private party for $360.00 per hour. Whether it is for a birthday or some other special occasion, a skating party offers a unique opportunity to make a special occasion even more special.

Church groups, scout troops and other organizations often arrange to bring members to the rink for a special outing. Skate rentals and food service available on request for an extra charge.
